Senior Project/Development Director – Landmark Development

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project/Development Director to lead the delivery of a major landmark development currently under construction in Jeddah. Reporting to the client, you will provide senior leadership across the development and construction phases, ensuring safety, commercial success and high‑quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the wider project team, coordinating multidisciplinary consultants and contractors.
• Manage programme schedules, commercial performance and risk mitigation.
• Maintain effective relationships with senior stakeholders, authorities and client representatives.
• Oversee the construction delivery from execution through to project completion.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Extensive experience leading large, complex construction or real‑estate developments.
• Background in both project delivery and development management.
• Previous experience representing a developer or client‑side organisation.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary consultants and contractors.
• Strong commercial, programme and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Track record of delivering projects through the construction phase to completion.
• Experience in Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC is highly desirable.
