Spa Receptionist (Saudi National)

About the role

The Spa Receptionist will be the first point of contact for guests visiting the spa at our hotel on Shura Island. This full‑time position focuses on delivering a memorable and personalized spa experience while supporting daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Promote spa services and retail products to guests.
• Schedule reservations, confirm appointments and answer guest inquiries about services.
• Check‑in guests, process payments and ensure smooth transaction flow.
• Operate reservation software and maintain accurate booking records.
• Uphold safety standards, follow company policies and maintain professional appearance.
• Perform physical duties such as standing for extended periods, moving, lifting (up to 10 lb unaided, 25 lb with assistance), and reaching overhead.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior spa or related experience required.
• Saudi national (as indicated by the title).
• Ability to perform the physical tasks described.

Required skills

• Basic operation of reservation software.
• Payment processing.
