Talent Acquisition Business Partner

About the role

DXC Technology is looking for a highly experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to lead and evolve its talent acquisition function across Saudi Arabia. You will act as a hands‑on player‑coach, managing high‑impact requisitions while supporting regional TA partners with coaching, market insights, and best‑practice guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day coaching and guidance to regional Talent Acquisition Partners, helping them improve performance and deliver high‑quality outcomes.
• Support the rollout and embedding of DXC’s global TA strategy, processes, technology, and governance standards across the region.
• Collaborate closely with the People and Culture team to align talent initiatives with business needs.
• Champion DXC’s talent strategy, strengthen employer branding, and drive continuous improvement of a data‑driven recruitment function.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition within a fast‑changing, competitive market.
• Hands‑on player‑coach mindset with the ability to manage critical requisitions and mentor a regional team.
• Strong analytical orientation and ability to use recruitment data to drive decisions.
• Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders and promote employer branding.
