Sales Excellence & Training Manager – Fitness & Wellness

About the role

Foreground is partnering with a leading global fitness and wellness organisation to hire a senior Sales Excellence & Training Manager in Riyadh. The role is hands‑on and focuses on building a high‑performance sales organisation through process excellence, training, and data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the local rollout of a structured sales process aligned with global standards.
• Partner with the Managing Director and senior leadership to improve sales effectiveness.
• Implement and optimise CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Analyse sales performance, KPIs and pipeline data to define improvement actions.
• Design and deliver sales training and field coaching for Sales and Telesales teams.
• Conduct shadowing visits, provide practical feedback and guide performance.
• Drive adoption of financial solutions and ensure sales targets are met.
• Identify process gaps, build recovery plans and enforce disciplined execution.
• Run regular sales reviews with global stakeholders and headquarters teams.
• Ensure continuous measurement, accountability and performance improvement.

Required profile

• Gym‑addict – minimum five workouts per week (non‑negotiable).
• Non‑smoker committed to a healthy, active lifestyle.
• Strong alignment with wellness, performance and discipline.
• Comfortable working closely with senior leadership.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
