About the role

Join Tabby’s fast‑growing fintech team as a Customer Service Representative. You will work on‑site in Riyadh, providing support to millions of users through phone, chat and email, helping them navigate flexible payment options.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist customers in both Arabic and English via phone, live chat, and email.
  • Answer queries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Follow established guidelines and use internal tools to deliver accurate and timely solutions.

Required profile

  • Saudi national with fluency in Arabic and English (B2 level or higher).
  • Willingness to work 24/7 rotational shifts from the office.
  • Calm under pressure, quick learner, and committed to delivering quality service.

Required skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication in Arabic and English.
