Purchasing Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Manager to lead procurement activities for a resort project in AlUla. The role focuses on achieving cost efficiency, quality compliance, and timely delivery while supporting project schedules and budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily procurement tasks, including raising RFPs, preparing No Objection packages, and issuing purchase orders.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and financial targets.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure best value.
• Coordinate closely with project, engineering, commercial, and finance teams.
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and material quality.
• Track market trends, material availability, and price fluctuations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and local regulations.
• Prepare procurement reports, cost comparisons, and purchase forecasts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of purchasing or procurement experience, preferably in construction or hospitality projects.
• Strong knowledge of procurement procedures, contracts, and vendor management.
• Experience working with ERP systems and procurement software.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, project‑based environment.
